Destiny shares Nelson Mandela’s idea that "Sport has the power to change the world....[and] the power to unite people in a way that little else does." It has led her to be passionate about Sport as a reflection of society for the last decade. Destiny is energized in her work through the belief that Sport can inspire and be a catalyst for impactful change by connecting people.

Morton studied hospitality management and journalism at the University of Alabama, where she worked in premium club seating management with the Colonnade Group and at a consistently-ranked Top 50 Hampton Inn in the world.  She credits these roles as instrumental in the foundation of her service-focused leadership.

Destiny then earned a Master’s in Sports Administration from the University of Houston in 2016.  She's held leadership roles in a variety of disciplines including luxury catering, Major League Soccer (MLS), and most recently, event production and operations.
